QuickNotix was founded by streaming engineers who got tired of watching brilliant products get held back by sluggish, request-bound backends. We exist to make the event-driven path the obvious one.

Started in a war room. Stayed there.

QuickNotix started inside a financial-services incident war room at 3 a.m. A market-data feed had spiked four times its baseline, the synchronous risk engine was buckling, and traders were watching stale prices. The fix that night was a hand-rolled Kafka topic and three Go consumers. The lesson stuck.

The next decade looked the same in different costumes: IoT fleets pushing telemetry faster than the warehouse could ingest, ride-sharing dispatch services blocked on shared databases, ad-tech bidders losing dollars to fan-out latency. Every time, the answer was a properly designed event-driven backbone — and every time, the team didn't have one because nobody had been hired to own it.

QuickNotix is that team. We're a small, deliberately senior group of streaming engineers, SREs, and architects who specialize in real-time messaging systems and the operational discipline they demand. We work alongside your engineers — never over their shoulders — and we leave behind infrastructure your team can actually run.

Latency is a feature

If users feel a delay, you've shipped a worse product. We measure end-to-end, not just broker-side, and we publish budgets for every hop.

Events are contracts

Schemas are versioned. Compatibility is enforced in CI. A producer cannot ship a breaking change to a downstream consumer without seeing it fail first.

Replay is non-negotiable

Every stream we build can be replayed from a known offset. Incidents become learnable. New consumers backfill themselves. History is an asset, not a liability.
